Will a custom sofa get through my door, lift and stairs?
We check doorways, lifts and stairways at the design consultation, and we can build the sofa in sections so it can be carried in and assembled in the room.
How do I choose between a firm, medium or soft seat?
The fill decides the feel: high-density foam is firm and supportive, medium foam is balanced, and plush foam or a feather-wrapped cushion is softer. Can you copy a sofa I saw in a showroom or a photo?
We can work from a photo, a sketch or a showroom piece as a reference, and adjust the size to fit your room. We will tell you honestly what we can match closely and what needs a small change.
Can you make matching cushions, bolsters or an ottoman to go with the sofa?

How do I decide between a custom sofa and reupholstering my current one?
If your current sofa has a sound frame and the right size, reupholstery is usually cheaper. If the size, shape or frame is the problem, a new build makes more sense. Our sofa upholstery service covers the other route, and we tell you honestly which one suits your room.
